Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle and rhythmic therapy designed to support the body’s lymphatic system. Using light, precise movements, this treatment encourages healthy lymph flow to help reduce fluid retention, decrease puffiness, and support the body’s natural detoxification process. Therapist does not use lotion or oil during this treatment.
MLD can leave clients feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. It is often used to help support immune function, improve circulation, and promote overall balance in the body.
This treatment is offered for general wellness, treatment of mild to moderate lymphedema, provide decongestion of the lymphatic system and non-cosmetic medical recovery.
