To ensure a peaceful and prompt experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and ensuring our treatment space is tailored specifically to your needs.
Please note that all sessions are intentional and rooted in restoration. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we strive to remain on schedule. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to ensure the next client can begin their healing journey on time. We thank you for your understanding.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Notice
We understand that circumstances may change. To respect the schedules of our practitioners and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a serene and reliable environment for everyone's wellness journey.
