New Client & Appointment Notice
New clients may be subject to a brief phone consultation prior to their first appointment to review services and location details. If you have any questions before your visit, please feel free to call or text us to discuss your first appointment.
All first-time clients are required to complete a secure online Client Intake Form. This form will be sent to your email and should be completed before your appointment. Completing the form in advance helps prevent delays and ensures you receive your full session time for relaxation and rejuvenation.
We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Early arrival allows time for check-in, consultation if needed, and helps ensure your treatment session begins on time so you can fully relax and enjoy your experience.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Notice
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule online using the link in your confirmation or reminder email, which allows you to easily view available appointment times and select a new time that works best for your schedule. You may also reach out by email or text if assistance is needed.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, including no-shows, will incur a fee. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount. These policies allow us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to other clients.

Session Payment
Payment for your session is accepted at the time of the service or you may prepay when booking online, to make it convenient for you, but is not required. At the time of service, we accept cash or credit/debit card.
